Programme Fees and Refund Policy: If a student would like to accept their place on the course the fee in full must be paid in advance. Your course fee includes all costs associated with your recruitment and admission. LSC Malta’s fee refund policy is set out below:
a) Fees will be refunded in full if the student’s application is declined by LSC Malta.
b) In the case of a full fee refund, because of a visa refusal, there will be an administration charge of €250, deducted when this fee refund is paid.
c) Once the student has commenced the course, fees will not be refunded.

Fees and costs: I understand that the academic fee which I am required to pay includes all costs associated with recruitment, admission and the cost of my tuition and that if I am paying fees by installments then I am required to fully comply with and meet all the installment plan specifications indicted in the offer letter.
Details of the School fee refund policy is set out below:
• Fees will be refunded in full, if my application is declined by LSC Malta.
• In the case of a full fee refund, because of a visa refusal, there will be an administration charge of €250, deducted when this fee refund is paid.
• I understand that if I am deemed to be an overseas student, once I have obtained a visa, but do not commence the course, €1,650 of the initial deposit paid will not be refunded. Any deposits paid in excess of €1,650 may be refunded at the sole discretion of the School.
• Once I have commenced the course, fees will not be refunded, except at the discretion of the School.
• In the event of termination from the course, I will be liable for a fee of €1,650 which is non-refundable plus a pro rata fee on the balance on the date of termination. Any fees that have been paid over and above the fee liability on the date of termination will be refunded.
• I will not qualify for a refund if the Schengen Visa is refused or withdrawn due to fraudulent documentation or false information provided during the Visa application.
